Hi, I am Inja!
I am a certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer.
I was professionally trained in Exercise Science and Dance. Along the way I received numerous of Group Fitness and Health certificates as well as becoming a Nutrition Coach.
I have been working as a Personal Trainer in several countries including Germany, the United States of America, Tunisia, Australia and Thailand.
As a little girl I started out with competitive gymnastics and laid my love for fitness in an early stage in life. While growing up I joined several dance schools and tried out different types of sports. I couldn’t think of anything better than making my hobby my job.

My mission is to help people like you, enjoy fitness as much as I do. Change your life to a more balanced and healthy lifestyle, while enjoying to workout. Let’s spread the joy of a fit and toned body together.
I absolutely love to motivate others and I want to help you grow and reach your fitness goals. Most importantly I hope I can inspire you to become more confident within yourself.
