Hi guys, my name is Inja and I would like to show you how you can reach your dream body within a short period of time.
I am a professional dancer and to grow as one you need a lot of strength and balance. I have always had the flexibility, but wasn’t aware of how to use my body properly in order to get the most out of my movements, such as jump higher, land safer, hold my leg higher without suffering any backaches or injuries.
Working out with Inja has helped me a lot in my dance life. She has not only taught me how to engage my muscles more efficiently, but also helped me feel healthier and stronger than I ever have.

I have been training with Inja for many years in many different countries and across time zones. She really is amazing at what she does and there is never a dull moment training with her.
Even when I have to roll out early in the morning or work out with her late at night, she always knows how to motivate me and get me pumped.
I love how the exercises are always different and she can think of something new to mix up standard workout positions.
